Treefrog Technologies: What We Do

Our design processed is designed to provide your business with the best possible site. This involves analyzing your business and using our experience. Our unique combination of marketing expertise and technical knowledge allows us to create functional sites that look great with all the features you need (and none that you don't).

The process can be divided into 7 sections:

1. Consultation

The first step in our design process is to understand your business. We will ask many questions about your product/services, your customers, your marketing efforts, etc. It is only after we truly understand your business can we develop a site that meets all of your needs.

2. Initial Design

After the consultation process and you decide to have Treefrog Technologies develop your site, a contract is signed and we begin getting to know your business even further. During this stage expect us to ask even more questions, and we will probably ask for copies of any current promotional materials in use.

If you choose, we will also explore setting up the e-commerce portion of you website and will ask for product lists and details that should be included.

Once we understand what you are about, we will develop the initial design concept for your review. This stage requires a signed contract and a 50% deposit.

3. Approval

Once you see the design concept, it is up to you to approve or make changes. You can revise anything and everything at this stage with no additional charges. Any changes to the site layout should be explored at this time.

4. Construction

Once we receive your signed approval on site design, we build the rest of your site. This stage includes creating all graphics, links, text copy, purchasing stock images (if applicable) and backpages.

5. Testing

In this stage our team thoroughly tests your site from top to bottom. All links, pictures, scripts, and feedback are examined and used just like your visitors will use them. This stage also includes proofreading for any and all typographical errors.

6. Deployment

Once everything is tested and works at 100%, we require the additional payments of the remainder of our design fees. WE then upload your site and submit your information to the applicable search engines.

7. Evaluation

After your site has been in operation for 6 weeks we follow up with you to evaluate the design and customer feedback.
